Scalable 360° tour system built for Yugo, the world's leading student accommodation brand, with presence in 14 countries.

360° Tours for Yugo

Yugo is the world's leading student accommodation brand, with over 150 residences across 14 countries. That level of quality demands the same standard of excellence in every piece of communication.

The challenge

Yugo needed to showcase their residences online in an immersive, engaging way — but with a serious scale challenge: dozens of properties spread across multiple European countries. Every tour had to convey the same premium quality, stay on brand, and be produced efficiently.

The solution

We designed a centralised production system combining professional photography, expert image retouching and development tailored to each residence.

  • Professional on-site photography — our photographers travel to each residence to capture every space with the lighting, composition and attention to detail a premium project demands
  • Careful retouching and post-production — every image goes through a professional editing process to ensure colours, brightness and finishes match the brand standard
  • Centralised design and development — a shared code and design base. Each new residence requires a development adaptation to match its spaces and specifics, but the centralised system keeps the process agile and controlled
  • Global and targeted updates — any change or improvement propagates immediately to all active tours. For example, a rebrand or redesign is applied across every tour at once. And when needed, we can make changes only to the specific residences that require them

Results

  • 28+ 360° tours produced and deployed
  • Presence across Spain, Italy and Germany
  • Optimised production process delivering new tours quickly
  • Unified brand image across all properties

A living project

Our collaboration with Yugo doesn't stop. Every year brings new residences and new markets — and we're there. We travel when needed, activate our photography and development teams, and deliver new tours with the same quality as always. If a residence needs a small tweak or an update, we're on it too.

When a global brand trusts you to represent their spaces, every detail matters. From the photography to the last line of code.

The challenge

Museums, cultural centres and public-facing spaces receive the same questions every day: opening hours, prices, how to get there, what's on. Staff repeat answers, emails pile up, and visitors often can't find what they need on the website.

The solution

We designed a custom chatbot that understands natural language, answers accurately and remembers each user's previous conversations.

  • Natural, accurate responses — the chatbot replies as a museum staff member would, matching the brand's tone and style
  • Remembers previous conversations — when a visitor returns, the chatbot remembers the previous interaction and picks up where it left off
  • Custom design — each chatbot is visually designed to blend seamlessly into the client's website, or stand out as much as desired
  • One-line integration — adding the chatbot to a website is literally a single line of code. No technical hassle, no heavy dependencies

Agent architecture

Under the hood, the chatbot runs as an AI agent — a flexible structure that in this case answers questions, but can do much more:

  • Collect conversation analytics to understand what visitors are asking
  • Provide autonomous navigation guiding users to relevant sections of the website
  • Connect with external systems (bookings, CRM, databases)
  • Scale to more complex scenarios without changing the core structure

Results

  • Chatbot running 24/7 with no human intervention
  • Personalised experience because it remembers previous conversations
  • Clean integration in a single line of code
  • Foundation ready to grow with new features whenever the client needs them

The future of visitor support is already here. An assistant that learns, remembers and adapts — designed exactly for your space.

Mood You — Emotional Wellbeing at School

A web platform to support emotional wellbeing in the classroom for students aged 14 to 18, accessible from any device.

See the project →

The challenge

Schools lacked a practical tool to work on emotional wellbeing day to day. There was no way to track student progress in real time, catch risk situations early, or adapt activities to each group — all while respecting privacy.

The solution

We built a platform with two separate spaces — one for teachers and one for students — that turns emotional wellbeing into something measurable and actionable.

For teachers

  • Control panel to manage classrooms, students and onboard entire groups in one click
  • Real-time overview of group and individual wellbeing across eight domains
  • Group sessions that adapt themselves using AI to fit each classroom's reality
  • Automatic alerts when a student asks for help or a risk situation is detected

For students

  • Daily check-in where they log how they feel, what emotions they're experiencing and why — with personalised challenges and activities
  • Personal progress chart that evolves daily across eight wellbeing domains
  • Shared wall to celebrate achievements with the rest of the group
  • "Raise your hand" button to privately request help from teachers
  • AI support that analyses anonymously and offers resources when warning signs are detected

El Mundo de Etna — Immersive Education in 360°

An interactive platform that turns panoramic photography into a playable classroom environment. Five thematic axes, thirty-three navigable spaces and over thirty gamification mechanics in service of adolescent emotional wellbeing.

El Mundo de EtnaEl Mundo de Etna

Explore the experience →

The challenge

How do you capture the attention of teenagers saturated with digital stimuli and turn an educational session into something they genuinely want to explore? The experience had to be both pedagogical and engaging — without dumbing down content or sacrificing depth.

The solution

We conceived El Mundo de Etna by combining three disciplines from our studio: professional panoramic photography, interactive design and custom development.

Each space starts from a real 360° capture that becomes an interactive environment with hotspots, animations, mini-games and narrative. Students don't just watch — they take part.

  • 33 interactive 360° spaces across 5 axes: self-awareness, emotional management, peer pressure, violence and social influence
  • 30+ mini-games and challenges — from controlled-frustration mechanics to emotional combinatorics and video-synced emotional reading
  • Two usage modes — narrative with progressive unlocking, or freestyle for direct access based on teaching needs
  • Multimedia integration — video, audio, CSS and JavaScript animation within the 360° environment

Why it works

The project proves that panoramic imagery can be far more than a virtual tour. When combined with programming, experience design and audience understanding, it becomes a learning tool that drives real engagement.

Results

  • Deployed in schools across multiple autonomous communities
  • Project funded by the European Union (Next Generation)
  • Full experience with no apps or downloads — runs in the browser

Turning a photograph into a space that teaches, engages and transforms. That's what technology can do for education.

Virtual Catalogue Advisor

AI agent that converses with users to understand their profile and guides them through the catalogue — showing, comparing and navigating autonomously.

Virtual Catalogue Advisor — AI That Listens and Guides

A conversational agent with complete knowledge of a business's catalogue that talks to each visitor to understand what they need, loading content on the interface as it advises. It doesn't filter — it understands, proposes and acts.

Virtual AdvisorVirtual Advisor

Try the advisor →

The challenge

When a catalogue holds dozens or hundreds of options, traditional filters force users to know what they want before searching. But often they don't — they need someone to listen, ask questions and walk them to the best choice. The challenge was to build a real advisory experience, not a form with artificial intelligence layered on top.

The solution

We designed an agent that merges deep database knowledge with the ability to act on the interface — all within a natural conversation.

  • Conversational profiling — the agent asks naturally to uncover preferences, budget, lifestyle and priorities
  • Full catalogue knowledge — masters every option: features, pricing, locations, included services, comparative advantages
  • Dynamic content loading — when the agent mentions an option, it loads it on the interface: image, 360° tour, data sheet, comparison
  • Autonomous navigation — takes users directly to the spaces or products that best suit them, no searching required
  • Cross-session memory — remembers previous conversations and can resume advising days later
  • Quick-action buttons — replies like "I'm interested", "Compare options" or "Show me" to move forward without typing

How it works: the student accommodation example

The agent is integrated with Yugo's 360° tours, the global student accommodation brand. It starts by asking which city the student plans to study in — and from there the conversation flows naturally: each answer shapes the next question, adapting to the profile as it emerges. The agent ends up proposing specific residences and loading their 360° tours on the interface: common areas, gyms, study spaces, distances. Conversation and tour work together: the AI advises, the imagery convinces.

Where it goes

The pattern suits any business with a broad catalogue: estate agents, hotel chains, retailers with multiple product lines, museums with extensive collections. Wherever guiding is needed, not just listing.

Results

  • Agent that profiles and advises through natural conversation
  • Content loaded dynamically on the interface as the conversation flows
  • Autonomous navigation across the full catalogue
  • Persistent memory to pick up where things left off
  • Working integration with real 360° tours

The best filter for a hundred options is someone who listens, understands and takes you exactly where you need to go.

Digital Fairs Platform

Modular web platform for managing in-person and virtual fairs and events, with spaces for organizers, exhibitors and visitors.

Digital Fairs Platform — Twotimes

A modular web system that centralises the management of fairs and events, with differentiated spaces for organisers, exhibitors and visitors — both in-person and virtual.

TwotimesTwotimes

Discover Twotimes →

The challenge

The trade fair industry needed a platform capable of managing an event's entire lifecycle: from space configuration and exhibitor management to visitor journeys and access control. All in one place, without relying on fragmented systems or tools that don't talk to each other.

The solution

We designed and built a single platform with multiple roles and permissions:

  • Organiser space — full dashboard to set up fairs, manage exhibitors, control content and monitor activity in real time
  • Exhibitor space — each exhibitor manages their own digital stand: information, products, contact details and multimedia assets
  • Visitor space — intuitive navigation designed to find what you need in 2 clicks, with direct exhibitor-visitor connection
  • QR access control — user validation and venue access via integrated QR codes
  • Dual mode — the same platform works for in-person fairs (management + access) and fully virtual events

Continuous evolution

The work with Twotimes doesn't end at delivery. Each new fair brings new requirements, and the platform grows with them: new features, optimisations, adaptation to event formats that didn't exist when the project started. A living partnership that brings together web technology, management systems and product vision.

Results

  • Over 50 fairs managed on the platform
  • Deployment across Spain and international events
  • Standardised process that scales with each new event
  • Constantly evolving platform with ongoing technical support

Managing a fair is complex. Doing it from a single place, with a single system, is what the industry needed.
